Magic is an excellent marker, and loves to retrieve. She completed her AKC Senior Hunter Title in Bemidji, MN, July 2003, and her Master Hunter title in Fargo, ND, July of 2005.
Magic is out of Roadhouse Gusto, QAA (NAFC-Gusto's Last Control x Lakeside Icicle) and High Voltage Shocking Sheila, SH (NFC AFC Storm's Riptide Star x Rocky's Autumn Holly). Her sire is full brother and littermate to NAFC FC Hattie McBunn, multiple Nat'l Qualifier and Purina Field Trial Dog of the Year. Her grandsire, 1996 NFC AFC Storm's Riptide Star ("Rascal"), is the only American Nat'l Amateur Field Champion, sire of the first and only chocolate Canadian Nat'l Am. Champion (2000), "Chip."
Her dam, High Voltage Shocking Sheila SH, was also competitive working bitch and an excellent hunter. Magic retired from breeding in 2007, and is now a great hunting dog as well as a great family companion.
